Univolt Joins Electrical Distributors’ Association (EDA)

Univolt has officially joined the Electrical Distributors’ Association (EDA), marking an important step in the cable management manufacturers’ continued growth and commitment to the electrical supply industry.

The EDA plays a vital role in supporting electrical distributors and manufacturers across the UK. Through industry insight, training, market intelligence and advocacy, the trade association helps its members navigate change, strengthen supply chains, and raise standards across the sector. Being part of this network aligns closely with Univolt’s values of quality, collaboration, and long-term partnership.

Peter Dellow, Commercial Manager at Univolt commented: “Joining the EDA gives us the opportunity to engage more closely with fellow members, share knowledge and remain at the forefront of industry developments. We see this as a valuable platform on which to collaborate on best practice, contribute to wider industry discussions and continue build on the services and solutions we offer to our customers.

“We look forward to working alongside the EDA, as well as fellow members, and supporting the Association’s work as the electrical industry continues to evolve. This membership is an important development for us and reinforces our commitment to investing in the future of the sector whilst strengthening our network.”

It’s interesting to see Univolt joining the Electrical Distributors’ Association, as it highlights how important industry collaboration is becoming within the electrical supply chain. Being part of an organisation like the EDA, which represents and supports wholesalers while connecting manufacturers and contractors, can really strengthen business visibility and networking opportunities across the sector . The move also suggests a focus on growth, standards, and staying aligned with wider industry developments.
